In summer we consume up to 800 tons of coal per day, in winter up to 2400 tons per day. Calory value of the coal: 18,6 MJ/kg.

To answer shortly:  To preserve the status of primary producer of heat in district heating system of Ljubljana city.

Striving for permanent improvement of its reliability, efficiency and reduction of harmful environmental influences, We want to increase the production of electric energy in cogeneration with heat, and at the same time contribute to fulfilling of national obligations to reduce environmental influences and to increase the production of electric energy from cogeneration and renewable sources. We intend to expand its offer and make good use of market opportunities for energy products like ancillary services  and cooling.
